KaiserAir’s
leadership, experience and knowledge will help put potential
buyers in a safe, efficient and professional aircraft acquisition
program. Before buying an aircraft, we will provide the buyer
with an estimate of the initial capital cost, operating cost
and aircraft characteristic factors that will assist the buyer
in deciding on the right aircraft for his/her use.

Through
our extensive industry contacts with aircraft owners,
management companies, manufacturers and brokers we are
able to search out potentially suitable business jets
for purchase. Often, we find such aircraft before they
are listed on the open sales market. |

After
the buying decision is made, we provide skilled management
guidance to assist in the selection, purchase and outfitting
of the aircraft passenger cabin including the entertainment
and communications equipment. |

During
the aircraft acquisition phase KaiserAir will provide
services to: |

Evaluate
all available aircraft that meet the reliability, maintainability,
compatibility and flight characteristics necessary in
a top performance aircraft. |

Perform
a pre-purchase inspection that includes thorough examination
of the engines, airframe, and records |
| |
• |
Recommend
an aircraft for buyer’s approval. After approval,
we will assist the buyer in the preparation of the purchase
documents and accept the aircraft on the buyer’s
behalf. |

Render advisory services in the selection of avionics,
communications, entertainment equipment, instrumentation,
interior furnishings and other equipment necessary to
properly outfit the aircraft. |

Maintain liaison with the FAA, the airframe and engine
manufacturers and advise the buyer on all aviation matters
in general. |

• |
Perform acceptance flight tests as agent for the buyer
in the inspection and delivery of the aircraft. |

Assist the buyer in resolving any aircraft problems with
the seller. |
