Scheduled Maintenance

KaiserAir is the only aircraft management service company on the West Coast whose own factory trained employees perform every detail of maintenance. By using our own staff, we control the quality, schedules, and costs assuring that the maintenance is performed meticulously and without delays caused by third parties. KaiserAir’s maintenance capabilities include airframe class 4, accessory class 1, limited radio and powerplant, RVSM recertification, and Universal TAWS installations. We also perform annual, routine, recurrent, preventive, and heavy airframe inspections, complete tests, and repairs for all aircraft types.

Battery

KaiserAir’s maintenance operations include service to NI-CAD batteries. Whether you need repairs, inspections, a main ship battery or an emergency power pack deep cycle, KaiserAir is here to help, quickly and professionally.

Wheel & Brake

KaiserAir is one of a handful of business jet management companies – and the only one in Northern California – that maintains its own wheel and brake shop. KaiserAir can serve all business aircraft and most commercial aircraft. Wheels that come out of KaiserAir’s shop set the standard for the entire industry.

Upholstery

KaiserAir has the only corporate aircraft upholstery facilities in Northern California. We understand that passenger comfort and a smart-looking aircraft are crucial to you. We maintain an inventory of matching fabrics for all our managed aircraft. Our decorators can work with you in refurbishing your aircraft, using materials that comply with FAA standards.
